Boulevard de la Reine, fin décembre

The queen's boulevard, at the end of December. It has been raining a lot since this photo was taken, except for Sunday and yesterday.
-------------------------------
Depuis, il a beaucoup plu, à l'exception de ce dimanche et d'hier...

That's what I call a boulevard...such magnificent trees...and I love the way you composed this, leading the eye right down the middle of the road!

I like how the tops of the trees disappear into the horizon.

P.S. I didn't put milk in the cereal because I took the shot later in the morning and I had already had breakfast (I cheated).

A very beautiful picture: winter gloom, the viewer's eye pulled down to the horizon by the trees and then those brilliant spots of red just below.

This photo is amazing. I hear you about this year, it has been one thing after another. Here's hoping yours and mine get alot better. Think positive.

Interesting the way the light and the trees work together to make this shot look like an etching. I love the little pops of red/. Great capture.

Un boulevard digne d'un defile de mode!

A grand shot with the trees and peeks of red. I'd love to take a walk there.

Definitely a boulevard fit for a queen!!!! Hate to break it to you; however, Auburn won the BCS Championship. However, the Oregon Ducks played a very good game. Nail biter to the end.

I really like the symmetry of the trees. It looks very cold and stark.

Auch bei Euch ist der Schnee nun deutlich weniger geworden. Mir tut es leid, denn er verleiht den Städten im Winter so eine klare Schönheit. Herzliche Grüße von Luzia.
